The import option allows you to upload a list of multiple addresses in the form of a spreadsheet (.xls, .xlsx, or .csv). But you need to ensure that your file has columns in the following orders:

  • Street
  • City
  • State
  • Zip
  • Country (optional)
  • Notes (optional)

You can click the “Browse” button to upload the file from your device or drag and drop your file right into the box.

The MapQuest route planner also provides templates to help you learn how to format your information correctly.

This Route Is a Round Trip

You can use this option if you want to make your route a round-trip. It will automatically add the first stop of your route to the end of your trip to make sure the driver ends where they started.
